  • reviewing employment agreements
  • non-competition clause and other restrictive covenants
  • workplace harassment

We have represented clients before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, Employment Standards Tribunal and before Adjudicators under the Canada Labour Code. We have also represented clients in actions for severance pay and dismissal without just cause in Small Claims Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia.
