Background
Dale Framingham was born in the United States to Canadian parents, but he spent most of his early years Winnipeg. In 1994 he moved to British Columbia to attend law school at UBC. He met his wife at UBC and now lives with his family in Burnaby.
Law Practice
Dale Framingham has a litigation practice focused on personal injury and insurance law. He began working with Cassady & Company in 1999, and recently rejoined the firm. He has represented clients at all levels of court in this province. He has conducted judge and jury trials in the Supreme Court and argued appeals in both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
